Shipping Information:

Shipping Is ALWAYS FREE when you order from USMintQuarters.com! Each order is processed the same day as received, excluding holidays and unusual circumstances. We are shipping from the East Coast, so be patient after ordering. Please wait at least 12 days after your order had been placed before contacting us!. In most cases, our customers are pleasantly surprised with the speedy delivery time, 90% of the time exceeding the 12 day standard. We ship UPS and in some instances, USPS (depending on the merchandise). You will NOT receive an email confirmation of your order, but during the order process, you will be prompted to print out a page of information, we recommend you to do so. If you do not, bookmark our home page and what ever info you need is at your fingertips.

Returns:

We generally do not accept returns on coin and currency orders unless they are unopened, or still in the Same Condition as sent. This is primarily due to our product's nature ... coins and paper money when handled, loses its grade of "Uncirculated" if touched by a human hand. If the merchandise is handled, we cannot resell it as "uncirculated".
The only exception in our returns policy would be damage caused by the mail carrier. Please inform us, and/or the delivery service if this situation occurs.
